Transnational Approaches to the Long 19th Century History in East-Central Europe

In cooperation with the NordOst-Institute and the Lithuanian Institute of History, the GHI branch office Vilnius, is organizing an international conference entitled Transnational Approaches to the Long 19th Century History in East-Central Europe.
Held on 16–17 April, the conference will bring together scholars to explore a wide range of themes, including transnational networks, knowledge production, gender and sexuality, migration, and the representation of ethnicities and states".
The conference will take place at the Event hall of the Old Arsenal (Arsenalo g. 3). After crossing these metal gates, please turn left and go through the archway into the inner courtyard. The entrance to the museum’s event hall is located opposite the lift to Gediminas Hill.
